At About 2 miles I Make A Right Turn At This Intersection

Hot Water Heater Maintain its....
Tools needed....Screwdriver or pliers...maybe [you might be able to turn the nob by hand]
A garden hose
that leads outside or to a drain that is lower than said water heater.
#1 Turn OFF cold water into heater
#2 OPEN a hot water faucet in house
#3 Attach hose to heater [ya can't miss that one]
#4 OPEN the drain and wait till all the goey white crap starts coming out[it will]
#5 Turn ON cold water to heater for a short time, Then OFF again
#6 Wait for more goey white stuff to come out
REPEAT step #5 and #6 till clean water comes out
There might be so much goey crap you have to lift the hose to backflush to keep it moving
Any problems...Call Mic, I'll talk you thru it!!!

Would You Buy A House That You Didn't OWN The Driveway?
The property that abuts our north boundary [a one acre home site] just had a survey done and puts that whole driveway you see on our land. Clic on pic and look in the lower right you can just see an orange mark on the pavement towards the right hand side of the
driveway. From that mark straight up to that flower bed on the right is our property line. It goes right to a stake in the woods and on up to another stake on our property.
Now the deal is, is that apparently there is a recorded easment [a right to use, not own] of all those pretty trees and lawn to the left of the driveway. Look in the lower left corner of the pic for a pink marker, thats the line of said easment. This alleged easment did not show up on our waranty deed. I got wheels turning [title company, lawyer and the selling realtor] late on a friday afternoon to find out whats going on here.
This section of our land is the best suited to sub-divide but I was always concerned about how to access it. It seems I already have access.
No imediate thought as to what to do with this new info other than get ALL the cards on the table. Find out why this didn't show up on our deed.
They have been using this land [of ours] for over thirty years.

Lousy for the buyers, that this is an excellent access to our property.

Has everyone noticed that you can't trust the comments number? If it says 2 there might be 4. It could say 0 but there is 2. I've seen it say 3 but there were none. So be untrusting, of that shady comment number!!!

A Little Bit Of A Before Pic, Of "Malihini"-----Click on Pic
In the barn that got built to house this boat while we were in FL, we had to do a little work to the cabin sides
and ports etc. etc. I have a whole series of pics of the work we've done but not on digghy pics. "Malihini" is still in a, wanna be cruising boat catagory, working galley, working enclosed head, sleeping accomadations etc. etc.etc, are still lacking, but it's good enough for now!
It's been a slow process, bringing her to our level of the dream. We love her dearly!!!!!

and ports etc. etc. I have a whole series of pics of the work we've done but not on digghy pics. If You Wanted To Build A Floating Dock
While I Slowly Chip Away The Moulded Edge To Expose The # 5 + # 4....
It's kinda fun heading to work in the morning pushing my little tool cart down the docks in my shorts and deck shoes
, flipping my shoes off when I get to the boat I'm working on, and proceed to make 25 to 45 per hour putzin in and around boats, in a professional manner of course, then get on home, pants and boots with a mini jackhammer and do manly work while having a couple of beers with many breaks. It's kinda fun, you know?

Yes Yes Yes...I'd NEVER take this picture without sucking in my gut!!!
Look at me rash. I did a quick erand outside, while climbing some stairs I grabbed some weeds that were heading towards the house, a very normal thing that I do often around this house. I come in to the computer and start messing around and like instantly I'm getting itchy. P.I. don't do that, P.S. don't do that. While I type this Bic is out on the hunt for drugs to help end this misery.
